Is teenagers only to blame?
In the passage Texting may be taking a toll By Katie Hafner, she talks about how teenagers Texting is hurting them educational wise and in life. For example the writer thinks that when you text its hard for you to concentrate and you it keeps you up because you want to to be social and see what's up with your friends and family. That may lead to anxiety, distraction in school, falling grades , repetitive stress injury and sleep deprived. In my opinion Im a little mix emotional about this article because the writer tries to put this all on teenagers when it can be adults to.72 percent of adult mobile phone users send text messages with their phones and About 87 percent of teenagers use their phones to tap out messages to each other. So adults are not the far behind, but then i do agree because when your a teenager its hard juggling you social life and your education because you want to be in loop and keep up with everybody so you won't feel left out and that can lead to not doing your homework or studying cause your on the phone all day.
